We have had the stove swept yearly since it's installation. It is completely amazing and heats our entire home without the need for any auxiliary heaters.
New Well Pump, Pressure Tank and Filtering System July 2022
Installed by the renowned John's well service out of Lyons, Colorado. Although there was nothing actually wrong with the system, due to its age, we opted to put in a completely new pump with a five-year warranty that is transferable to the new owners. In addition, we had a brand new pressure tank installed and a completely new filtration system, which we change out the filters generally on a 2-month cycle.
Professional Hardwired Security Cameras
Property includes five professional, high definition, daytime, and night, vision, professional grade cameras. These are not Wi-Fi or ring, these are what would be installed in a business. In addition, they are directly hired wired to an NVR and all recordings are maintained and kept on premises as opposed to being stored in the Internet cloud there are apps available for cell phones, tablets, and computers, allowing you to view and control these cameras from anywhere in the world.
